EPA Solar for All Program -- Status Update
The federal Solar for All program has been paused pending policy review. Growth Opportunity Partners is maintaining all coalition relationships and documentation in preparation for program continuation or alternative funding pathways. All partner agreements remain in effect.

Coalition Quarterly Meeting -- December 12 Summary
All 10 active coalition members attended the December quarterly meeting. Key topics included Q3 installation progress (847 households served), workforce training graduation (42 trainees), and 2026 program continuation planning. Meeting minutes have been distributed.

2026 Program Continuation Funding Application Submitted
Growth Opportunity Partners has submitted the program continuation funding application to EPA for the 2026-2028 cycle. Requested amount: $45M for expanded coverage to 5,000 additional households across Cuyahoga, Lorain, and Summit counties.

New Contractor Pre-Qualification Requirements
Effective immediately, all solar contractors must maintain NABCEP certification and carry minimum $2M liability insurance. Updated checklist available in the documents section.

Q3 Installation Milestone: 450 Households
We completed solar installations for 450 households in Q3 alone, bringing our total to 847. Average installation size: 6.0 kW. Average household savings: $1,200/year. On track for Phase 3 completion target.

Phase 2 Outreach Targets Exceeded by 18%
Community outreach has exceeded Phase 2 targets. We reached 2,360 households through door-to-door campaigns, community events, and partner referrals -- 18% above our 2,000 household goal. Special thanks to Neighborhood Connections and Cleveland Housing Network.

Workforce Training Partnership with YouthBuild Finalized
The workforce development partnership with YouthBuild Cleveland is fully operational. First cohort of 24 trainees began solar installation certification training on September 15. Program includes OSHA-30 certification and hands-on installation experience.

Income Verification Process Streamlined
Working with OHFA, we have streamlined the income verification process. New digital submission portal reduces processing time from 14 days to 5 business days. Instructions distributed to all participating households.
